“But, ako kasi, dati maliit lang talaga yung mundo ko, e. Hanggang sa naisip ko, ‘Ay, baka puwede palang ganito, baka puwede pang ganyan.’
“I started to dream and I started to think na, yeah… also with Showtime.
“Kasi talagang dreaming yun, e. It’s about dreaming, e.
“So, I started seeing the passion in people’s eyes, wanting to show….
“Palagi kong sinasabi na gusto kong ipagmalaki na Filipino ako, tapos parang naisip ko, ‘Oo nga naman, bakit hindi? Bakit sila oo, ako hindi? Dapat ako rin, sali ako riyan.’ Hindi ba?
“So, yun, I think, definitely, even for dancers, a lot of our dancers compete abroad.
“We have so many Filipinos who are making it big abroad also.
“So I think there is space, especially now, nagiging… unti-unti, nawawala yung borders ng mundo with Internet.
“So, hopefully, more and more people get lucky and get recognized pa,” nakangiting sabi niya.
Ano itong mga project na sinasabi niya, connected ba ito sa singing or acting?
“Basta, wala pang sure, but in my mind, tuloy na lahat,” sangga niya sa pangungulit namin.
So, ibig sabihin tatalbugan niya si Anne Curtis na may international movie rin?
“Wala namang talbugan,” mabilis na sagot ni Karylle.
“Alam mo, si Anne is one person who has taught me really na, just keep on dreaming, keep on believing.
“And you know, that kind of attitude is not very common in Filipinos. But now, it’s a trend.
