This September, Piolo Pascual grants YES! an exclusive feature of two of his many real-estate properties—his Las Vegas and Los Angeles homes in Nevada and California, U.S.A.

Piolo’s Las Vegas home is located in an exclusive village in Clark County, Nevada.

“Secluded ‘yong area and tahimik. Ako, one of the reasons why I always go to Vegas instead of L.A., sobrang tahimik dito,” Piolo says of his two-story, four-bedroom house.

It is Piolo’s Ate Patricia, his elder sister and business partner, who lives in the house now.

Patricia, or “Bubu” as he call her, was admittedly the active decorator of the house.

“Si Bubu kasi, ma-kulay… Ma-ano siya bright loud colors. ‘Yon ang difference namin. Ako, kama lang ako and closet, okey na ako,” Piolo reveals about his minimalist taste.

A self-proclaimed mama’s boy, Piolo is everything a mom could ask for, according to his mom Amelia Pascual.

Never one to forget to give back, he gave his Mommy Amy the Los Angeles home she now maintains as a permanent residence.

Located in the city of Diamond Bar, the three-bedroom house is a showcase of his mom’s personal design picks.

"Simple" is how Piolo describes himself.

“Sa bahay, napakasimple kong tao. Hindi ako ma-design. Hindi ako maarte sa bahay.”

Piolo did not only allow YES! inside two of his houses in the U.S., he also let the magazine in on his personal life.

A charming and relaxed Piolo hosts YES! in Vegas and LA, and reveals a side to him not often heard: stories about how he dealt with his parents’ separation, how he had to choose between immigration or imminent stardom, and how his life changed when Iñigo came into his life.

The singer/actor/endorser/athlete also opens up about the things he still wants to pursue in life—be a triathlete, dabble in photography, be an evangelist, and help more children get into school through the Hebreo Foundation, a family-run foundation whose thrust is education.
