John Lloyd Cruz admits to having once been in a love triangle

Sa punto kung bakit nagtatagal sina John Lloyd Cruz at Bea Alonzo sa industriya, may paliwanag si John Lloyd: “Mula noon, we offered nothing but sincerity. Hindi namin dinis-illusion yung aming mga fans. Hindi namin dinis-illusion yung mga sumusuporta sa amin. Na parang kunwari, magliligawan kami, kunwari, parang kami, para sundan kami.”

Usaping love triangle ang tema ng The Mistress, ang bagong pelikulang pinagbibidahan ng tambalang John Lloyd Cruz at Bea Alonzo.

Reunion movie nina John at Bea sa Star Cinema ang The Mistress, pagkatapos ng Miss You Like Crazy na ipinalabas pa noong 2010.

Sa kuwento, isang lalaking kayang kunin ang lahat ng gusto niya ang ginagampan dito ni John Lloyd.

Ngunit nakaramdam siya ng totoong pag-ibig kay Bea, na sa kasamaang-palad ay karelasyon na ng mas nakatatandang si Ronaldo Valdez.

Sa kalaunan, pumayag si John Lloyd na makihati kay Ronaldo sa pag-ibig ni Bea.

Isang mayamang businessman dito si Ronaldo na kasal kay Hilda Koronel.

Taliwas sa imahe ni John Lloyd, na parang halos lahat ng babae ay kaya niyang mapaibig, ang ginampanan ng mahusay na aktor sa The Mistress.

Hindi iisiping papayag ang isang John Lloyd sa isang sitwasyon na magmamahal ito habang may kahati pang iba.

Sa presscon nitong nakaraang Linggo, August 26, para sa The Mistress sa Cravings Restaurant sa Katipunan, QC, nakausap ng PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) si John Lloyd.


SIMILAR SITUATION. Inamin dito ni John Lloyd na minsa’y nasangkot na rin siya sa sitwasyong halos kaparehong trianggulo ng pag-ibig.

Pag-amin niya, “Ako, at one point in my life—yes.”

“Parang pumayag ako na, ‘Sige, kahit number two, okey na ako doon,' etcetera.”

    pansin nyo along with this publicity and article eh ang maamong mukha picture kuno ni jlc.samantalang one month ago lang eh ang break up nila ni shaina,alcohol issue now playing good music together with AP and mega deny pa sila ha as in parang wala lang ang feelings ni shaina.he has the nerve to admit na sya pa mismo ang nag post ng perfect sunday nila ni dukot queen. shame on star magic

    If watching a movie can be based on the personal life of the actor, nobody would watch anymore. We all know that nobody is perfect. I personally watch movies because of its entertaining value and how good the actors portray their respective roles. Everytime JLC is infront of the camera, he is not JLC anymore but he is the character he portrays. And that is exceptional acting which nobody in GMA can top. Just a piece of since you are obviously rooting for the ABS CBN rival, support GMA films, watch all the films, they need it sooooo bad!

    This will be another blockbuster movie from JLC Bea Tandem and perhaps be the number one Filipino movie this 2012. On the other hand, GMA's latest film Just One Summer only earned 6 million pesos FINAL gross while ang katapat nitong movie na The Reunion has earned 55 million pesos and COUNTING lol!

    galit si bruno sa LAHAT ng ABS stars kasi mga sikat di lang sa TV kungdi sa box office samantalang yung mga stars ng istasyon nya eh waley na waley lalong lalo na sa boxoffice.

    Can't you read JLC's story? lol, he's the other man sa buhay ng older woman or hindi gumagana reading comprehension mo? hhehhehe... JLC was rejected by Sen. Sotto. Drug issue was then the issue but i don't really sure if it's true. You know how star magic does to have all issues be hidden to public. But try to google JLC and sen. about drugs then you're there...

    not quite. vilma santos' brilliance was acknowledged by URIAN, whereas bea has not yet received any acting awards from the more credible award giving bodies. and so is jlc. sikat lang ang loveteam nina jlc at bea, pero hindi tulad ng kina ate vi at kuya boyet. if ever, sina bea at jlc at para lang sina kuya GERMS at ate luds rip

    Bruno, mas lalo namang di pwede sina Dindong and Marian as the next Christopher and Vilma. Yun dalawang films nila=OneTrue Love and You to Me R Everything are very much inferior sa quality,acting and boxoffice results compared to JLC-Bea movies. Matagal nang pinapalabas ito sa TV, kaya i should know. Lalo na yun You To Me R Everything, its TRASH compared to the movies of JLC-Bea.

    Bruno, what Chikadee meant is kahit sino ang ipartner sa kanila, at kahit iba ang personal/life partners nila, still tinatangkilik sila ng mga fans dahil sa chemistry nila just like Vilma and Christopher, kinakagat sila kahit hindi nagkaroon ng love angle between them. HIndi nila kailangan gumimik na kunwari mag-on. Anong award-award ang sinasabi mo? Eh kung sabihin ko rin na Not quite kasi si Bea hindi pumatol sa matandang may anak na, si Vilma pumatol. sasabihin mo siguro ang layo ng comparison.

    BrunoEsmeralda, e di wG ka manood sa showing ha, pumila ka dun sa one summer ba yun, ng kumita naman sila... anong gusto mong award yung ke claudine, chynna ortaleza, marian rivera me award ba?.. at ang mga walang ka latuy latuy na pag arte ng mga stars ng GMA... oh i forget, ham actor richard gutierrez, wag mong tigilan sa kapapanood.... para kumita.... si marian ba kamo, umiiyak na at tumatawa iisa pa rin ang itsura? inggit lang yan sa blockbuster movie nina JLC, kasi pati fans ng GMA nakikinood....

    Kaya di masyado mataas ang rating ng Ugly Betty, kasi hindi sila bagay sa comedy especially kung iibahin ang itsura ni Bea. Pang love story/drama sila. Kaya rin hindi mataas ang rating kasi andun si Ruffa Gutierrez. STalker ka ng ABS kaya cguro naman alam mong lahat ng shows na sinalihan ni Ruffa, mababa ang rating hanggang sa masibak.

    Nagbreak sila ni Ciara because JLC was starting his loveteam with Bea around that time and pinagbawalan siya at si Ciara to be seen in public together. JLC defied this and even talked about Ciara openly to the press pero Ciara, I guess dala na rin ng kabataan, could not take the pressure of being sneered at by the fans and being under scrutiny at all times. This has been written and discussed extensively in print and interviews. That's the reason of the break up. Besides, sa kwento ni JLC, siya ang third party. Sa situation that you cited, siya yung central man with two women. HIndi swak.

    NOW ADMITTING THE LOVE TRIANGLE. Ok, but it will be MORE beneficial if also to admit drinking problems. Alcoholics Anonymous or similar group healing and counselling might be of help. Better yet, a MENTAL health professional will be a more qualified help. go go go, DO THE RIGHT thing!

    He does not owe you or anyone any admission or explanation. ANo ba pakialam mo kung umiinom siya? Buntot niya, hila niya. Wala siyang inaagrabyado. DUmarating siya sa oras ng trabaho at ginagawa niya ng napakahusay. May time siya sa pamilya niya. MInamahal at sinusuportahan niya. Kung meron man siyang imperfections, he will deal with it in his own perfect time.

    I totally agree with you winged angel, I admire him because he is a good actor at wala akong pakialam sa pribadong buhay niya. But take note , walang taga GMA talents ang kayang pumantay sa popularity niya. WALA!

    what he said about his fans not disillusioned with any of his on-screen relationships, is so true. the fans respect him as an actor or artist because he didnt treat them as fools. he respects his fans enough not to make pretend feelings of attraction to his co-stars.

    I love all JLC's movie. as in lahat. walang tapon. kahit sinong ipartner sa kanya, maganda at malakas ng benta and Im gonna watch The Mistress tapos diba may movie ulit kayo ni Sarah? and another movie with Angelica? lahat yan papanoorin ko.
