“My lolo and lola, they don’t like it at first. Pero when they saw the result of how I am performing naman, they were really, really happy.”

PARENTS’ CONSENT. Ang mommy raw ni Arjo ang tumulong sa kanya na kumbinsihin ang daddy niya.

“I convinced my mom and my mom really wanted it for me. Pero pinalagpas niya nang pinalagpas, ‘Mag-high school muna.’

“Then, college, ‘Wag na, magtrabaho na lang ‘yan… business or something.’

“Then eventually, it’s my mom na rin who convinced my dad na, ‘Let’s try, let’s give him a chance and explore on what he wants.’”

Ano naman ang sinasabi sa kanya ng daddy niya ngayong artista na siya.

“Sabi niya, sa kanya raw ako nagmana!" tawa ni Arjo.

Pero dagdag niya, "Well, he’s happy naman. He’s really happy naman with the way I perform.”

Aminado si Arjo na malaking bagay na anak siya ni Sylvia Sanchez kaya madali siyang nakapasok sa showbiz.

“Of course po, may factor yun.

"Pero, as I’ve told my mom nga, ‘Paano kapag hindi ka kinuha, kung may talent ka, may talent ka. Kukunin ka because of that.’

"I think with my mom, may factor yun on how people respect me the way they respect her.

“So, every time na nakikita ko, people say hi to me. The fact na yung mom ko, yun ang napasa niya sa akin.

“’Ah, anak ni Sylvia.’ So people respect me for that.”

Sa ngayon, nakikita raw ni Arjo na gusto niyang maging career na pangmatagalan ang showbiz.

“I guess, kapag binibigyan naman ako ng trabaho, I give my 101 percent.
