So, continuity natin—parang Henry Sy ‘yan.’

Leave it to the experts.’

“Kung ang expertise mo ay maging politician, knowledgeable ka of being a politician, you have to do that.

CHARITY WORK.

Parang puhunan doon.

"Kasi, ten percent lang [tubo]. I built a church… Catholic church.

“Not only sa akin, kasi lahat ng tao, very religious doon.

“Ang bumibili po doon, mahihirap lang. May ten years na po yun.

"So, ten percent lang ang aking tubo.

Magaling naman talaga si Chef. No doubt about that. And this interview showed his generous and philantrophic side. I admire him for being humble despite his success. The only problem lang that I have with him is his hosting ability. I don't mind that he speaks in a heavy visayan accent, and i dont mind his pronunciation lapses. What I do mind is how awkward he is especially when he interacts with the audience and other celebrity guests. His tendency to avoid dead airs by repeating every last word his guests say distracts me everytime i watch him. He is too liberal with the words "yum yum yum", sometimes nakakaumay nang pakinggan. And when he recites his spiels, obvious masyado na he reads them lang like a robot. Pati na ung mga hirit nya or pick up lines are so awkwardly delivered. I get that it's a cooking show, pero I believe na since it still is a TV program, a satisfactory delivery of lines and good interaction with the audience are equally important. He should have done more workshops pa. Learn how to carry a conversation or maybe he can give little information about the food he is cooking. Something like that.or maybe GMa should give him a co-host. Sayang kasi, maganda pa
