Rafael Rosell says about being Kapuso: “Paglipat ko, parang yung welcoming dun parang ABS [ABS-CBN] din. Comfortable naman talaga, e, pero ibang iba yung tao, ibang-iba yung working method, kaya ayun….”

Four months since he officially became a Kapuso, Rafael Rosell now looks like a man who has hit his stride.

He’s presently part of the primetime series Temptation of Wife, where his character will soon meet and fall in love with Angeline/Chantal, who will be played by GMA-7's Primetime Queen Marian Rivera.

“I’m very happy,” he tells PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) on December 2, at the Christmas party of Popoy Caritativo’s Luminary Talent Management, which handles Rafael’s career.

The 30-year-old actor adds that the people he gets to work with have been nice.

“Sobrang saya! I mean, I have to say naman dahil I can honestly say na ang bait ng lahat sa ‘kin kahit lumipat ako.

“Iniisip ko rin na baka dahil bago lang ako, pero up to now, ang bait pa rin nila.

“I can honestly say na they’re living up to their name. Mabuti talaga, e.”

Doesn’t he miss his friends in ABS-CBN?

STILL LOVELESS? Yes, he is single, and in a much, much better state.

It can be recalled that in 2009, his breakup with former actress Malaya Lewandowski had him going on a hiatus. (CLICK HERE to read story)

Rafael relates, “Nung nag-break kami, sabi ko, ‘I have to make some time for myself.’ Hanapin ko muna sarili ko, itsa-charge ko muna sarili ko.”

He found solace “sa dagat,” and went to La Union, Baler, and Batangas.

Without any tinge of bitterness in his voice, he shares one of his realizations.
