Latest Pulse Asia survey reveals 11 Team PNoy, 5 UNA bets in top 16; latest SWS survey indicates 7 Team PNoy, 2 UNA bets included in Magic 9

In both latest surveys from Pulse Asia and Social Weather Stations, results show that Team PNoy Coalition has more candidates that have bigger chances of winning. Among the candidates who, according to recent surveys, are part of the top 12: (L-R) Miguel Zubiri of United Nationalist Alliance or UNA bet; Team PNoy Party candidates Alan Peter Cayetano, Bam Aquino, Grace Poe, and Chiz Escudero, while Gringo Honasan and JV Ejercito are also from UNA.

Sa magkaibang surveys ng Pulse Asia at Social Weather Stations, lumalabas na mas marami ang mga kandidato sa pagka-senador mula sa Liberal Party ang may “statistical chance of winning” kumpara sa ibang kandidato sa ibang koalisyon.

Ang latest survey results ng Pulse Asia ay saklaw ang pangangalap ng datos noong Abril 20-22 , habang ang SWS naman ay noong Abril 13-15.

May mga pagkakaiba rin sa kanilang mga resulta. Halimbawa na lamang ay ang pananatili ni Sen. Francis “Chiz” Escudero sa pangalawang puwesto sa Pulse Asia. Samantalang nasa ikalimang puwesto naman siya sa recent survey na isinagawa ng SWS.



PULSE ASIA. Labing-isang kandidato mula sa Liberal Party ang may mas malaking tsansang manalo sa pagka-senador, samantalang lima naman ang mula sa UNA (United Nationalist Alliance), ayon sa resulta ng Pulse Asia.

Sa survey, nangunguna si Loren Legarda na nasa 1st-2nd place, na sinundan ni Escudero (1st-3rd), dating MTRCB chair Grace Poe-Llamanzares (3rd-4th), Alan Peter Cayetano (3rd-7th), Benigno “Bam” Aquino (4th-10th), Sen. Koko Pimentel (6-12th), Edgardo Angara (8th-14th), Risa Hontiveros (12-17th) at Ramon Magsaysay Jr. (12-17th).

Ang lima namang kandidato mula sa UNA na malaki ang tsansa ay sina JV Ejercito Estrada (5th-11th), Nancy Binay (5th-11th), Juan Miguel Zubiri (10th-16th), Gringo Honasan (11th-16th), Jack Enrile (11th-16th).

Ang mga kandidatong nagkaroon ng pagbaba sa kanilang ranking ay sina Binay (-5.0 percentage points), Enrile (-5.2), Cayetano (-8.7), Honasan (-8.9) at Pimentel (-9.0).


Apat na kandidato rin na nasa labas ng probable group of winners ang nakitang may pagbaba sa voter preference na kinabibilangan nina Ernesto Maceda (-5.0 percentage points), Margarita “Tingting” Cojuangco (-5.4), Jamby Madrigal (-6.9) at Richard Gordon (-8.3).

Narito pa ang buong listahan ng puwesto ng iba pang kandidato: former Senator Maria Consuelo "Jamby" A. Madrigal (17th-18th), Puerto Princesa Mayor Edward Hagedorn (19th-21st), Zambales Rep. Mitos Magsaysay (19th to 22nd), Bro. Eddie Villanueva (19th-22nd), former Senate President Ernesto Maceda (20th-23rd), former Tarlac Governor Tingting Cojuangco (22nd-24th), Bayan Muna Rep. Teddy Casiño (23rd-24th), Sammy Alcantara (25th-29th), JC De Los Reyes (25th-32nd), Ramon Montaño (25th-32nd), Bro. Lito Yap David (25th-33rd), Greco Belgica (25th-33rd), Bal Falcone (26th-33rd), Ricardo Penson (26th-33rd), Marwil Llasos (26th-33rd), and Christian Señeres (28th-33rd).

SWS SURVEY: Sa survey naman na inilabas ng Social Weather Stations noong Abril 13-15, pitong kandidato mula sa Team Pinoy o Liberal Party at dalawa mula sa UNA ang pasok sa Magic 9.

Tatlong kandidato naman mula sa Team PNoy at tatlo rin mula sa UNA ang naglalaban-laban sa tatlo pang natitirang bakanteng puwesto.

Ayon pa sa survey SWS website, base sa mga statistics ang posibleng ratio ng Team Pinoy-UNA senatorial winners ay 10:2 hanggang 7:5.

Hanggang sa kalagitnaan ng Abril, ang siyam na leading candidates sa SWS survey ay sina Loren Legarda, na may 59% of registered voters polled, na sinundan ni Alan Peter Cayetano sa 2nd place, with 52% of intended votes.

Nag-tie naman sa 3rd-4th place sina Nancy Binay ng UNA at Cynthia Villar ng Nacionalista Party.

Nasa ikalimang puwesto naman si Chiz Escudero mula dating 3rd-4th place.

Nasa ika-anim naman si Bam Aquino, habang nag-tie naman sa 7-8th place sina Koko Pimentel (PDP-Laban) at JV Ejercito (U NA).

NOOD KA MUNA!

Umakyat si Sonny Angara (Laban ng Demokratikong Pilipino) mula 12th place sa 9th place.

Sa tatlong natitirang seats naman as of mid-April, ang mga magkakalaban ay ang mga sumusunod: Grace Poe at Sonny Trillanes IV (Nacionalista Party) sa 10-11th place; sina Juan "Jack" Enrile Jr. (Nationalist People's Coalition) at Gringo Honasan sa 12-13th place; at sina Migz Zubiri ng UNA at Ramon Magsaysay Jr. sa 14-15th place.

Ang mga kandidatong nasa below 12 ay ang mga sumusunod: Jamby Madrigal, 16th; Risa Hontiveros, 17th; Dick Gordon, 18th; Edward Hagedorn (Independent), 19th; Ernesto Maceda, 20th; Mitos Magsaysay, 21st, Tingting Cojuangco, 22nd; Bro.
