Unang Hirit host Arnold Clavio did not hold back on expressing his disgust on the Philippine Azkals' latest sexual harassment complaint.
In the early part of the morning show's March 13 airing, Arnold, with his other co-hosts Rhea Santos-De Guzman, Lyn Ching-Pascual, and Connie Sison shared their opinions and points of views on some of the hottest news that morning.
Among the news items that they touched on was the on-going complaint of Philippine Olympics Committee official Cristine Ramos-Jalasco against Azkals members Angel Guirado and Lexton Moy.
After showing the news item, a text of Lexton's apology, and an interview on Azkals striker Phil Younghusband regarding his teammates' current situation, the hosts started to give their two cents on the matter.
"Kailangan masampulan, e," opined Rhea, to which Arnold followed with, "Kaya talagang ano na, aral na sa inyo 'yan. Ang yayabang nyo, akala nyo...
"Porke't dinadagsa kayo ng mga fans... Ang guguwapo nyo, e, di ba?
"Parang kayo ang... 'God's gift to women, ayan...'" he continued.
He went on to relate Jalasco's claims on how Guiarado and Moy offended her.
Arnold continued to lambast the Azkals' statements.
"Ngayon, nag-sorry para daw sa isa nilang kasamahan. San ka naman nakakita ng Azkal na may suso?
"Wala naman akong... Anong cup-B? 'Maybe a cup-B' sa isang kasama. Palusot na lang yun!
"Sana nag-sorry, sorry na lang talaga, di ba?" Arnold furthered.
"Hindi naman kayo mga Pilipino, e. Nagpapanggap lang kayong kayumanggi. Hindi naman kayo dito lumaki. Mahirap yun."
Rhea injected, "Actually, pangalawang sexual harassment na nga 'yan, e. Hindi natin alam kung meron pang iba na natatakot lang lumantad."
Arnold, however, congratulated the Azkals for their recent victory against the Indian football club and wishes them goodluck for their match against Tajikistan that day.
But the UST-graduate TV host stressed that the sympathy should be on the one lodging the sexual harassment complaint.
