The "pushcart educator" gets the highest vote from 2.75 plus million online voters to the "Hero of the Year" award from CNN.
Efren Peñaflorida started Dynamic Teen Company, a "pushcart classroom" that aims to educate street kids and keep them off criminal gangs.
