Former beauty queen Ruffa Gutierrez with her daughters Lorin Gabrielle Bektas (left), who is now five, and Venizia Loran Bektas (right), who will turn four on September 11. The tots are obviously in the mood to pose a la beauty queen in their Regine Tolentino-designed costumes!

The host-actress tells PEP that her kids have quite  gotten used to the fact that people love taking their pictures. Ruffa always reminds her girls, "Just be nice to them, okay."    

The birthday girls join the parlor games with their mom.

Here, Ruffa answers a trivia question while Lorin and Venice are caught up in the excitement.

The prizes and giveaways have to follow the the three themes of the party—Cheetah Girls, Hannah Montana, and High School Musical—and are purposely made for the event.

Says one of the organizers, "Pinasadya talaga kasi mahirap hanapin yung ibang Disney Channel characters, at saka dapat, pambata."

It's so refreshing to see these two ladies assume the role they enjoy most: Being a mommy.

Tonton Gutierrez arrives with four-year old daughter Aneeza—whose name is taken from Antonio and Flordeliza, the real names of Tonton and wife Glydel.

Of course, the Gutierrez brothers—(from left to right) Rocky, Raymond, Elvis, and Ritchie Paul—made time for the event.

Only Richard missed the party due to his hectic taping schedule.

Annabelle Rama (left), the lola of the birthday beauties, is one of the "punong abala" that day. She keeps on asking the guests, "Kumain na kayo?" 

Seated beside Tita Annabelle are Bubbles Paraiso, Ehra Madrigal, and Michelle Madrigal. All three ladies are under the talent management of Ruffa's mom.

Tonton and Eddie Gutierrez greet Lily Monteverde, Regal Films' lady boss, with a peck on the cheek upon her arrival.

After a couple of minutes, Mother Lily hastily leaves the venue, so she can prepare for the presscon of Kulam, her film outfit's 48th anniversary offering.

The highlight of the kiddie party: Singing of "Happy Birthday" and blowing out candles on the cake. 

PEP asks the two girls their birthday wishes. Lorin say, "To be happy." Venice says, "Barbie doll."

Right after blowing their birthday candles, mommy Ruffa asks the girls their wishes. 

Lorin: "I wish that my mom gets so healthy and strong." (The audience goes, "Aaaaah!")

Venice: "I wish I could go to Hong Kong Disneyland." (The audience roars with laughte.)

The "Disneyland" wish is granted by Ruffa's mom and dad that day.

Ruffa personally handles the segment with the kids of World Vision.

Since she was 15, the host-actress has been active in socio-civic projects involving children. Her last charity event RRRampa for a Cause was able to help 600 kids under World Vision's Sponsor A Child.

That day, 20 more kids get lucky. Some of the guests, like Mother Lily and Assunta de Rossi, give their commitment to sponsor children.

By the way, sponsoring one child will cost the donor P450.00 monthly or P5,400.00 annually. The said amount, according to World Vision's website, will give the beneficiaries "access to education, good health and nutrition."
