Sarah Geronimo has been in the entertainment scene for the past five years and this is her third major event at the Big Dome. She previously topbilled the 2005 concert The Other Side and Sarah Geronimo in Motion in 2007.
Fireworks lit up the stage when Sarah finished her first song. Audience members were given paper binoculars that allowed them to see their idol up close.
When the smoke cleared, Star Magic talent Rayver Cruz emerged to dance briefly with Sarah. In a previous interview with PEP, Rayver says that he has a crush on the pop singer.
Sarah performed "That's Not My Name" with the G-Force dancers. According to Georcelle Dapat, she and Sarah have been rehearsing for a month for this concert.
Sarah sang the theme song of Lobo, "Ikaw ang Pangarap," with Jed Madela. The male singer teased Sarah by saying that her crush is someone who dances well and whose name starts with the letter "R," referring to Rayver Cruz.
"Isa ako sa milyong-milyong fans mo," declared Billy that night. He asked Sarah outright, "Sino ba ang unang mamahalin mo?"
But the 20-year-old female singer didn't directly answer his question.
When the image of Howie Dorough appeared on the big screen, Sarah giggled and said that she was a big fan of the Backstreet Boy member. They collaborated for the song "I'll Be There," which is included in Sarah's latest album Just Me.
John Lloyd Cruz, her leading man in A Very Special Love, brought her flowers and tried to steal a kiss from Sarah. She even called him by the name of his character in the movie, Sir Miggy. In the movie, Sarah was cast as his secretary named Laida.
"Ang daming nagre-request ng part two ng movie natin," says JLC, spurring the crowd to cheer. Together, John Lloyd and Sarah performed the song "Kailan."
"Thank you for having me in your concert. It's such an experience," said John Lloyd gratefully. Then he added, "World-class ang mga guests mo--sina Jed Madela, Billy Crawford...anong ginagawa ko dito?"
Before performing the song "Ngiti," John Lloyd told the crowd: "A star is born!" The matinee idol even teased the viewers by asking, "Do you want more?"
During one segment of the concert, Sarah sang "Ngayon, Bukas, at Kailanman," the theme song of the movie Baler. Starring Anne Curtis and Jericho Rosales, this movie is Viva's entry to the Metro Manila Film Festival.
Among those who showed their support for Sarah's concert were ASAP mainstays Luis Manzano and Anne Curtis. Mark Bautista, Erik Santos, and Gabriel Valenciano were also spotted in the audience.

The Cercado Sisters served as the front act of Sarah. They performed three songs and expressed their gratitude for Mr. Vic del Rosario, the head honcho of Viva Entertainment, the producer of the concert.
Before the show ended, Sarah went down the stage to hug KC Concepcion who was seated in the first row. The Megadaughter then gave flowers to Sarah during the finale of The Next One.
