Pinay divas Kuh Ledesma (left) and Zsa Zsa Padilla (right) joined Megastar Sharon Cuneta on stage as they performed a Rey Valera classic titled "Sinasamba Kita."

Sharon's classic hit "Maging Sino Ka Man" is an original Rey Valera song.

Sharon Cuneta was surprised by Lorna Tolentino (left), wife of Rudy Fernandez who passed away last year. Daboy and Sharon were best friends. LT is now a Kapamilya star who has her own album under Star Records.

Father and son tandem, Gary Valenciano (right) and Gabriel (left), did an amazing song and dance number for the birthday girl.

Pinoy pride Arnel Pineda performed a duet with the Megastar by singing "Open Arms," an original song by the American band Journey.  Arnel was tapped to be the band's new frontman after guitarist Neal Schon saw videos of his performances on the video-sharing site YouTube.

Comedian Vhong Navarro (middle) imitated actor Robin Padilla when he gave his birthday greeting for Sharon.  Robin was Sharon's leading man in the ‘90s movie Maging Sino Ka Man.  In this photo, Vhong jokes around with concert hosts Bayani Agabayani (left) and Edu Manzano (right).

While singing an '80s song, Sam Milby suddenly appeared on stage to surprise Sharon.  Other stars who joined the actress-singer on stage were (not in photo) John Prats, Kim Chiu, and Jake Cuenca.

Heartthrob Piolo Pascual tells Sharon, "You're the one who never fails to brighten my day," through a song titled "You're My You," which was originally performed by acoustic singer Nyoy Volante.

The most exciting part of Sharon's birthday celebration was the surprise video message from her former husband Gabby Concepcion, the father of Sharon's first daughter KC.  The video sent from California, showed Gabby telling Sharon, "This is the happiest birthday greeting that I had to give.  Belated Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, and happy, happy birthday! Wish I was there for your birthday." After the video message, Sharon said hello to Gabby's wife Ginbee and their daughter Samantha.

One of the most anticipated performances was that of KC Concepcion.  Last year, she wowed the audience by flying around the stage while strapped in a harness.  Last January 9, she used a see-saw for yet another breathtaking presentation. She used Rihanna's "Disturbia" as the background music.

KC Concepcion's corset top and knee-high boots were similar to the sexy wardrobe worn by Rihanna when she performed in Manila late last year.
