Campaigns and Grey was commissioned to create the infommercial on preventing cervical cancer, the second most common cancer in women worldwide—with 500,000 new cases and 250,000 deaths reported each year.
Pia and Maxene readily accepted this advocacy project when the offer was made.
Maxene said: "Sana by us doing this, parang naituloy na rin naman yung gusto sanang

Before Francis died, he wanted to become an advocate for the prevention and cure of leukemia.
Pia related to PEP how she teaches her kids—especially her daughters Unna, Maxene, Saab, and Clara—to become good parents.
Pia says about nurturing Maxene: "As a mother, parang all the ways that I can show
my love and my care to my daughter, I do that para siya rin, kapag may sarili
na siyang pamilya at anak, aalagaan niya rin nang ganun."
During their dinner break, Maxene told PEP how proud she is of her Mommy Pia.
"A lot of people see her as a pillar of strength,
role model as a mother, ganyan, all around.
And natutuwa naman ako na parang sinusundan ko yung footsteps niya," beamed Maxene.
