Last December 4, all roads led to NBC Tent at The Fort for the relaunch of Channel V Philippines, which is now owned by Ronald Singson.

Ronald Singson (middle) and Jomari Yllana, the two guys behind Fearless Productions—the team behind the concert of David Cook and David Archuleta—recently acquired Makisig Network, which operates Channel V Philippines.
During the launch, one of the celebrities included in the star-studded guest list was Dingdong Dantes.

Former Ilocos Sur governor Chavit Singson was there to support the launching party of his son's latest venture.

Dingdong Dantes dropped his celebrity status for a few hours and had clean fun during the party.

Jomari Yllana gave a V sign, oh...not the Victory sign known in local politics.
Both his brothers Anjo and Ryan will seek a government post this coming elections, but the Kapuso actor prefers to focus on being an actor and producer.

Pops Fernandez (middle) also came with good friend and former actress Ana Abiera (left), who brought her daughter.

The ex-couple Pops and Jomari were seen chatting a few times, but they were more aloof than friendly with each other.

After Joey Mead, Amanda Griffin, Brad Turvey, among others, the younger batch took over—(from left) Megan Young, Cliff Cole, Alvey Pulga, and Maike Evers.

Megan shed off her pa-tweetums image, and donned a bright red dress and lipstick.

Before he became a VJ, this Canadian-born Filipino was a popular commercial model.

allow me, as a closing statement, to borrow a line from one of my favorite Hollywood actor Will Smith.
"Since some of
you may think this is just another music channel, I say 'The only difference is we are gonna make this look good."
