Wowowee's main host Willie Revillame celebrated his 49th birthday with a belated party last night, January 31, at his Ayala Heights residence in Quezon City.
The well-attended affair had Willie's closest friends in the industry. There were, however, special lady guests—with none more special than Sam Pinto and Georgina Wilson, who seem to be the current object of the TV host's admiration.

Wowowee host Willie Revillame serenaded current Pinoy Big Brother (PBB) charmer Sam Pinto, 20, with a love ballad. Willie called Sam to join him at the gazebo stage, and holding her hand, crooned to her, much to the delight and cheers of invited guests.
When Sam joined Wowowee as a guest hostlast January 16, Willie was constantly teased to her by the show's other regulars. They seemed to know that Willie was taken by Sam's youthful beauty and natural charisma in front of the camera, which caused the controversial TV host to christen the PBB evictee "Mrs. Wowowee."
Willie also dedicated a love song to model Georgina Wilson. It was past midnight when Willie got Georgina on the same gazebo stage with him. He smiled sheepishly as he noted that the five-foot-ten model who was wearing four-to five-inch heels towered above him. Then, holding her hand, as he did with Sam Pinto, Willie crooned.
Georgina, who will turn 24 on February 12, once known as the girlfriend of Richard Gutierrez, appeared with Willie in a billboard for Bench, and since then Willie has been getting ribbing from friends and associates about the host-singer's constant remarks about the model's pretty face. Recently, Willie told a friend that as far as he knew, Georgina had already broken up with her rich Australian boyfriend.
That night, the guests, particularly the birthday boy's good old friend John Estrada, dared Willie to choose between Sam and Georgina.
"Sino ba talaga sa dalawa?" John bellowed, holding a mike. Willie—who looked like he was blushing, if that wasn't just his tan from a recent Boracay birthday vacation with friends, including comedian Bentong—simply flashed a grin, prompting some to speculate that perhaps there really is something behind his sweet ballads for the two beauties.
John's question is on the ball: Sino nga ba sa dalawa?
ABS-CBN
executive Charo Santos-Concio (left) and Star Magic boss Johnny Manahan (right)
took time out from their busy schedules to celebrate with Willie.
The Kapamilya network
has been Willie's home for more than 10 years already, and his success in the noontime
variety game show genre has made the comedian-host one of the networks most
valuable assets.
Dolphy was Willie's special guest. The Comedy King's last MMFF film, Nobody, Nobody But Juan, was a tribute
to Wowowee and Filipino OFWs working abroad.
Richard Gomez
(middle) and John Estrada (right) served as party hosts. In case you're wondering why Richard donned a barong, party co-organizer Apet Nuñez told PEP
(Philippine Entertainment Portal) that the aspiring Ormoc, Leyte congressman
just came straight from a wedding reception together with his wife, Lucy Torres.
Singer Rico J. Puno (middle), who is known for his
naughty jokes, was said to be one of Willie's favorite performers. Also
invited by Willie to sing for him were some of Rico's fellow veteran singers (not in photo) Vehnee
Saturno, Rey Valera and Nonoy Zuñiga.
The party was
described as a "trip down memory lane" experience for the celebrant. Rekindling
his roots and past, Willie once more unleashed the drummer in him by manning
the drum kit stationed at the gazebo stage.
