Gerald Anderson, who turned 21 on March 7, held a pre-birthday celebration for the kids of Cancer Warriors
Foundation Inc. at SM Storyland in Fairview City three days before his birthday.
He said this has become a tradition for him since he met
some of them while still inside the Pinoy
Big Brother house.

At the sight of their idol, fans began following him.
The security guards had to escort Gerald because the admirers were milling thickly around him.

The Kapamilya actor of Kung Tayo'y Magkakalayo actively participated in the games. Here he has a plastic spoon with a calamansi in his mouth. The game was to pass the fruit to the next player.
"Buti nga at may time sila para makapag-enjoy sila ngayon," said Gerald in an interview.

He even joined the mothers who had much fun playing "The Boat is Sinking."

Gerald Anderson spent time bonding with Michael Galvez, who was assigned to him back in his
Pinoy Big Brother days.
Before leaving, the birthday boy gave Michael and his friend Kenneth Santos a pair of shoes as gifts.
