Like a little boy, Carl looked thrilled and excited on seeing the cake prepared for him by the people of Cerchio Restaurant.

Asked about his birthday wish, the model turned actor said, "Siyempre, good health, yun ang unang-una. Kasunod, yung sa family ko, maging maayos sila, pati na rin yung mga tao sa paligid ko. 'Tapos siyempre yung sa career ko. More blessings pa."

The 21-year-old Kapuso hunk is joined here by his "brothers" Dingdong Dantes (left) and Gabby Eigenmann (right). Dingdong's birthday wish for Carl: "Wish ko sa kanya ma-realize niyang lahat ng potential niya and to make the most out of it, especially now that he has all the very good opportunities coming. And I just wanna make him know na yung mga brothers sa industry like me, Gabby, Carlo [Gonzales], Arthur [Solinap], Jolina [Magdangal], 'tsaka si Shine [Sunshine Dizon], we're all here for him to support him kung anuman ang gusto niyang mangyari, 'cause we believe in his potential."

PPL "brothers" Arthur Solinap and Carlo Gonzales also wish him all the best for his birthday. Arthur and Carlo are cousins of Dingdong.

Director Mac Alejandre, who handled Carl on his Dear Friend: My Stalking Heart mini-series, also came to greet the birthday boy.

Marian Rivera, an "extended family" member of PPL, being the girlfriend of Dingdong, said her wish for Carl's birthday:  "I-enjoy niya lang lahat ng nangyayari, pero huwag na huwag niyang kakalimutan yung mga taong tumulong sa kanya, maski na yung mga nandun na nung simula pa lang siya."

Aljur Abrenica who lives just a few blocks  from Cerchio restaurant, where Carl was having his party, dropped by to greet him, too.

Jolina met with her boyfriend RiverMaya drummer Mark Escueta when he showed up to greet Carl.
