The star of the show, Nathaniel James Alcasid, wore a barong with a lace pattern for his baptism.

It was custom-designed by Cocoy Lizaso.

In the middle of the party, he changed into a cute cream-colored onesie that said: "Mommy loves me."

The Alcasids make a perfect picture of a happy family.

Dad Ogie, mom Regine, and baby Nate posed on stage after a short video was shown to the guests.

The video contained footage of the couple seeing their son for the first time inside the delivery room, plus some shots from Nate's official first pictorial.

Regine and Ogie walked around the banquet hall throughout the party to make sure everyone was enjoying this all-important day. They also took time to pose with anyone who asked for their photo.

Later, when most of the guests had already left, the couple took time to mingle with and thank the restaurant staff.

Friends from in and out of showbiz joined the Alcasid family in celebrating the special occasion.

Bb. Joyce Bernal, a close friend of Regine's who directed some of her films in the early 2000s, was one of the early birds at the party.

Regine and Ogie gave their full trust to stylist Badang Rueda (who had also worked on Regine and Ogie's wedding) to come up with the theme and motif for the baptismal party.

The centerpiece on each table was styled by Badang Rueda himself. He used real edible cookies to spell out the name of Baby Nate.

Printed photos of Baby Nate were also used as table decor.

At the same time, these doubled as postcards for guests writing their message for the little celebrator.

A chocolate cupcake with blue icing and a teddy-bear-shaped white chocolate topper was given to the guests as a souvenir.

Along with it was a CD that contained five songs recorded by the couple.

When Badang Rueda was approached by the couple to style for Baby Nate's baptism, he knew he wanted to incorporate teddy bears in his design.

Ogie and Regine loved the idea, so Badang decided to fill the room with them: he placed a teddy bear keychain on each of the guests' seat.

Badang got the inspiration for the cake design from a photo he saw from a foreign website.

He gave the photo to the suppliers and made them add teddy bears to keep the cake in synch with the party theme.

This framed bronze cast of Baby Nate's feet is actually a memorabilia that Regine keeps in their home.

Initially, she didn't want it used as decor for the party, but Badang insisted.

Upon seeing it, Regine instantly fell in love with it.
