Ethel Booba says she was "sent it in" to put her longtime friend on the spot.

Half-apologizing each time, Ethel was dropping hints about Vice Ganda's former and present lovers.

During the segment that meant to mock Ethel Booba, Vice Ganda's "new, elitist friends" Raymond Gutierrez, Georgina Wilson, and Liz Uy, entered the scene.

Ethel tells Vice Ganda, "Okay, they're your sosyal friends. I'm your anti-social friend!"

Raymond, Georgina, and Liz each wish Vice Ganda a happy birthday. All three of them stressed that as a friend, Vice Ganda is remarkably loyal and true.

Making a surprise performance, Gloc-9 joins Parokya ni Edgar and Jay Contreras in a rockin number.

Here's Enrique Gil performing a hot dance number, while teaching the audience how to dougie.

Equally making the ladies in the crowd go wild, Enchong Dee hits the stage with his sexy dance moves.

Fulfilling his dream, Vice Ganda performs a song and dance number with the one and only Mr. Pure Energy, Gary Valenciano.

Their rendition of Michael Jackson's "Man in the Mirror" proves to be one of the highlights of the birthday concert.

Apart from bearing an OPM pop icon badge, Gary Valenciano is also the Kapamilya network's "King of Teleserye Theme Songs."

The artist sang the official soundtrack for the primetime soaps of Walang Hanggan,  Minsan Lang Kita Iibigin, and Sana Maulit Muli.

Not about to let Gary Valenciano leave the show without putting him on the spot, Vice Ganda challenged the artist to sing the theme songs of other ABS-CBN shows.

While he was game for anything, Gary was compelled to sing the theme songs for kiddie gag show Goin' Bulilit...

At the final segment of the show, Vice Ganda offers his successful birthday concert to the women in his life. "'Di ko kaya magmahal ng babae bukod sa Ate, sa Lola, at sa Mama ko."

Vice Ganda adds, "[Dahil sa kanila, buong-buo po ang pagkatao ko."
