Despite his visibility in the business, his fans never get tired of hearing him sing and seeing him dance.

 And each time he performs, he never fails to "move people," using both his heart and his feet.

The audience's amazement begins the minute Matrix-inspired computer graphics appear on the stage's backdrop.

"To put up something like this is not very easy to do," Gary remarks.

And yet this is just a warm-up...

The backdrop creates an illusion that there are six dancers. But four of them are just virtual.

Gary V jokes, "The band I'm working with, they're...children!"

Then he introduces Tek Faustino, the drummer.

The guitarist is Sho Hikino, the Japanese bandmate of Paolo in Salamin.

Richie Ramos (not in photo) handles the bass guitar.

The still-dashing Juan Miguel Salvador, also the front man of the Rage, takes the keyboards.

Did you know that the band was supposed to launch the singing careers of Gary V, Juan Miguel, and Randy Santiago?

However, "Nag-solo si Randy. I had my own career as well..." says Mr. Pure Energy.

"I started out as a balladeer," he relates.

But at the height of Michael Jackson's fame, he realized that singing goes well with dancing.

After his hits "Hang On" and "Reaching Out," he began releasing faster tracks, "'Di Bale Na Lang" and "'Wag Mo Na Sanang Isipin."

Also included in Gary's repertoire is "Each Passing Night," which is given a twist by Sarah Geronimo's vocals in some parts.

"I love collaborating with artists... and that's the beauty of music, it has no age limit."

Gary sang one of Coke's most popular jingles in the ‘80s.

He became the Pinoy counterpart of  the global campaign featuring his idol Michael Jackson.
