Recently, Gloria Diaz was said to be not in good terms with her daughter Isabelle Daza. Yet, just like her daughter, she brushed off the issue and said, "Basta as mother-daughter, in every way we have our differences. Kahit sa pagme-makeup or expression or the way I pronounce words, so balewala iyon."

Venus Raj represented our country in 2010 Miss Universe beauty pageant, and won as 4^th runner-up. Though not successful in bringing home the crown, Venus was well loved by the people, which showed during the event when a lot of bystanders cheered upon seeing her.

2011 Miss Universe 3^rd runner-up Shamcey Supsup became popular because of two things, first was her trademark "Tsunami Walk," which was impersonated by several personalities like Jon Santos and Paolo Balesteros.

Second was her answer to Vivica A. Fox' question: "Would you change your religious beliefs to marry the person you love?"

She replied, "If I had to change my religious beliefs, I would not marry the person that I love because the first person that I love is God who created me. And I have my faith and my principles and this is what makes me who I am. And if that person loves me, he should love my God too."

The saying "try and try until you succeed" was made true by last year's Bb. Pilipinas 1^st runner-up Janine Tugonon, who became this year's Miss Universe Philippines.

The 23-year-old beauty queen is slated to compete in the Miss Universe beauty pageant to be held this December.

Though she failed to take home the crown in 2007's Bb. Pilipinas beauty pageant, Nicole Schmitz nailed it this year where she was crowned as Bb. Pilipinas International.

She'll compete for the Miss International title this coming September in Okinawa, Japan.

2012 Bb. Pilipinas Tourism Katrina Dimaranan waved to everyone who would call her as she paraded around Araneta Center.

Aside from her title, Katrina took home the Miss Talent award.

2010 Bb. Pilipinas World Czarina Gatbonton didn't fail to catch the crowd's attention with her sweet smile and deep dimples.

Czarina will compete for the Miss World title this coming August, which will be held at Ordos, Inner Mongolia, China.

2012 Bb. Pilipinas 1^st runner-up Elaine Kay Moll in her pink Filipiniana gown, with its skirt designed with rose-shaped ruffles.

Black is elegant and so is the one wearing it—2011 Bb. Pilipinas Tourism Isabella Manjon.

Danielle Castano was appointed as 2008 Bb. Pilipinas World, after Janina San Miguel gave up the title. She competed for 2008 Miss World title held at Johannesburg, South Africa.

Danielle became the magazine cover for FHM Magazine February 2012 issue, together with StarStruck Season 1 avenger Jade Lopez.

2008 Bb. Pilipinas International Patricia Fernandez didn't let the umbrella ruin her style; she carried it as if it was part of her attire.

It has been a long time since 2008 Bb. Pilipinas World Janina San Miguel was seen by the public. Janina chose to give up her title after some people questioned her capability to compete for the Miss World beauty pageant.

Four of this year's finalists were also invited to the event: (L-R, clockwise) Karen Gallman who was hailed Miss Photogenic, Patricia Ejercitado, Liezl Alcantara and Gina Joy Howell.
