The Mayor of Quezon City celebrated his 44th birthday with what he called his "grandest party so far" last May 12, at the Isla Ballroom of EDSA Shangri-La Hotel.
His longtime partner and mother of his two kids Tates Gana and his sister Harlene organized the event.
