Actress G Tongi, who wore a Rajo Laurel dress, shared her fondest memory of the hotel:

"My mom used to tag me along whenever she had business meetings here. They would usually sit at the bar habang ako kumakain ng ice cream sa tabi."

TV host-eventologist Tim Yap debuted the official London Olympics barong designed by Rajo Laurel.

"Pinatungan ko lang ng jusi top para maiba," he said.

Miss World Philippines 2012 Queenierich Rehman also graced the event.

The Tent City was the same venue where she was crowned Miss World Philippines.

Miss World Philippines 2012 first princess Mary Anne Ross Misa was also present.

"I am always here to give my full support to my queen and good friend Queenierich, who's been my friend since we were ten years old."

While the program was ongoing, a five-course dinner was served.

The entrée was a warm bowl of wild mushoom consommé with truffle custard.

The Bayanihan Philippine Folk Dance Company performed numerous routines during the program.

This particular one is the flamenco, an energetic style of dance that originated from Andalusia, Spain.
