Aspiring singer Jeffrey Tuazon (Jay-R Siaboc, in photo) has a big crush on Ruby Gomez (Maja Salvador) and has plans of courting her. His mom Alberta Tuazon (Cherry Pie Picache) has promised to allow him to enter showbusiness after he graduates.

A woman introducing herself as Lena (Rio Locsin, not in photo) shows up and claims that she is the mother of the three sisters. Alberta Tuazon (Cherry Pie Picache) is the devoted manager and aunt of Terrence Rodriguez. She manages his career and helped him make his mark in the music industry. She wants Terrence and Emerald to remain as they are—just friends.

Cocoy Mendoza (Joel Torre) is the adoptive parent of Emerald Gomez. This former singer volunteers for an NGO that operates in the orphanage where Emerald was staying. He decides to adopt her and brings her to Boracay where he teaches Emerald to sing and perform.
