Vhong Navarro, who has already played several character roles, still got excited when he was offered to do the role of Lastikman because this would be his first fantaserye.

Of course, aside from the hero character, Lastikman, Vhong will also play the human counterpart, Miguel.

Archie Alemania plays the role of Chikoy, Miguel's bestfriend and sidekick who will always get him into trouble.

 

Archie says this is his first teleserye and he is glad that he will be working with his best friend Vhong Navarro, who is also his co-host in Wazzup, Wazzup.

Lastikman is a comeback project for Danilo Barrios who has not appeared in TV for quite a while. Danilo will play Vhong's rival named Ryan. He will do everything to beat Miguel (Vhong) in most of the dance competitions that he enters. This project makes good use of the dancing skills of Danilo and Vhong, both of whom are members of the group Streetboys. 

Empress Schuck plays Madonna, Miguel's obnoxious sister who treats him harshly. This teen actress described her character as someone similar to the punk girl Avril Lavigne.

Enchong Dee plays the role of Raffy, Miguel's geeky and kind-hearted neighbor. He is also Chikoy's younger brother.

This is not the first time that Enchong and Empress have been paired up together. Enchong is actually a third party to Empress and Dino Imperial's love team in Abt Ur Luv.

 

When asked who she thinks is better between Dino and Enchong, Empress candidly replied, "Siguro mas bagay kami ni Enchong kasi nandito ako sa presscon ng Lastikman." Then, she added, "Mas kumportable naman ako kay Enchong kasi bago pa nga, hindi pa nga kami loveteam, magkaibigan na kami. E kasi si Dino medyo maraming babae."

Iya Villania is Miguel's/Lastikman's lady love, Yellena. However, she is more attracted to Miguel's rival named Ken (Jake Cuenca).

The real-life couple, Roxanne Guinoo and Jake Cuenca, is one of the showbiz's hottest tandems today. Aside from Lastikman, these two also played as a reel-life couple in Natutulog Ba Ang Diyos?

Jake Cuenca plays Ken, the most popular guy in Miguel's campus who also has a crush on Yellena.

Roxanne Guinoo will play the role of Sandy, Miguel's best friend, who is secretly in-love with him.

Cherie Gil takes another kontrabida role in Lastikman as Ayessa—the cold and indifferent mother of Yellena and Ryan. She became distant with her children because of her ambitions, but deep inside, she loves them very dearly.

After helping her husband Anton Lagdameo in his campaign as congressman in Davao del Norte, Dawn is coming back to television with her role as Ruth Abelgas in Lastikman. Ruth is a human who was abducted by aliens and later on fell in love with the scientist named Irroian (Tonton Gutierrez). She gave birth to half-alien and half human creature named Eskappar (Vhong Navarro). When Ruth escape back to earth, she was forced to leave her son in the alien planet.

Tonton Gutierrez plays the role of Irroian, the famous scientist in planet Harraia. He fell in love with a human named Ruth (Dawn Zulueta) who was abducted by aliens. Irroian rescued Ruth from the laboratory where she was a specimen. This alarmed the alien council of elders, which ordered that soldiers look for Ruth and execute her.

 

Irroian and Ruth later had a child named Eskappar (Vhong Navarro), who is half-alien and half-human.

Ian Veneracion acts as Agaddon who is the best friend of Irroian (Tonton) and also one of the scientists in Harraio. Irroaian does not know that Aggadon has secret feelings for his wife Ruth (Dawn). Aggadon helped Ruth to escape back to earth. Then, he followed her on earth to pursue his love for Ruth and to fulfill his dream of leading a planet.

Dr. Jared Evilone, played by John Estrada, is a human scientist who owns the Evilone Pharmaceuticals. He is known for his charity work like giving free medicines to the poor. But his true personality is yet to be revealed as he secretly spreads viruses that cause epidemic diseases.

After starring in ZsaZsa Zaturnnah Ze Moveeh, Zsa Zsa Padilla is doing another fantaserye but this time, in primetime television. She will play the role of Cynthia Evilone, wife of Dr. Jared Evilone. It was her idea to give free medicine to the poor and to conduct medical missions to remote areas.

Jason Gainza plays the role of Caloy, the adoptive father of Miguel/Lastikman. He is just a simple vendor of herbal concoctions in Quiapo when he found Ekappar whom he named Miguel. Later on, Caloy will be able to invent an herbal phenomenon called Ampalunggay.

Carmi Martin is Dolores, girlfriend of Caloy. She becomes jealous of Miguel when Caloy decides to adopt him. She even thinks that Miguel is Caloy's true son.
