It was a triple celebration for Kumander Nene's family yesterday, September 27.

Baby Zan's christening was actually a triple celebration for
the Plamio family. The date coincided with Nene Tamayo's birthday and her wedding anniversary
with Anthony.
Nene explained, "Kasi po gusto namin ever since pa,
Nene Tamayo-Plamio said her firstborn son Zan
Anthony is well-behaved. "Actually wala akong masyadong naging problema sa
baby. Hindi siya iyakin,
nakakatuwa. Marunong na siyang
mag-react, marunong na siyang mag-response [sic] kapag kinakausap. Nakakapag-utter na siya ng word. Nakakatawa
nga kasi ang una niyang sinabi, ‘Mama,' tapos ‘Nene.'"
Baby Zan's christening at the St. Paul the Apostle Parish
was like a reunion for PBB Season 1 housemates.
According to Nene, she and husband Anthony Plamio chose 24
pairs of ninongs and ninangs for their first son—almost half in the list are
celebrities.
Among the celebrities that were invited as godparents were the PBB Season
1 housemates: Sam Milby, Jayson Gainza, Rico Barrera, Bob dela Cruz, JB
Magsaysay, Franzen Fajardo, Uma Khouny, Chx Alcala, Cass Ponti, Say Alonzo,
Jenny Suico at Racquel Reyes.
They also asked Maribeth Bichara, Jenny Miller, Aiza
Marquez, Hazel Anne Mendoza, Angel Santos and other celebrities the couple met when they joined U
Can Dance.
The press was also present: Jessica
Asis a.k.a. Leila Chikadora and PEP (Philippine Entertainment Portal) contributor Julie Bonifacio.
Other godparents were Nene's friends before she joined PBB and Anthony's friends in his job.
Some of the celebrity godparents were not able to attend the
christening yesterday, either because they had prior appointments or they were
out of the country, said Nene.
Among the celebrities who made it: (from left to right,
first row) Say Alonzo, Anthony Plamio, Baby Zan, Nene Tamayo-Plamio, and Aiza
Marquez; (second row) Rico Barrera, Jenny Suico, Chx Alcala,
Cassandra Ponti, and Ms. Maribeth Bichara; (third row) Uma Khouny and Bob dela Cruz.
After Uma Khouny was interviewed about his issue with PBB Season 2 housemate
Wendy Valdez, the Trip na Trip host expressed his wish for his
godchild, Baby Zan. "Sana lumaki siyang katulad ko." A reporter quipped, "Matapang din?"
"Yeah, lahat, basta katulad ko," replied Uma.
Cass Ponti's message for Baby Zan: "Welcome to
crazy world. Ihanda mo ang sarili mo
kasi ang mga ninong at ninang mo super mga makukulit. Pero, well, rest assured naman na nandiyan kami for you."
Say Alonzo to her inaanak: "Sana maging 'godly' siya [Baby Zan], marunong magdasal. At
huwag siyang matakot gawin kung anong gusto niyang gawin basta wala siyang
nasasaktang tao."
Nene says her husband might have to stay here until second
week of October. He would be helping
her in the promotion of the PBB Season1 housemates' album titled Housemates
Season 1 Tuloy ang Buhay. Anthony works in Singapore as
a dance instructor.
But Nene explained that Anthony won't go back to Singapore
to teach dance lessons. She said,
"Hindi na para mag-dance instructor sa Singapore kundi para mag-organize ng
magiging event naming mga housemates, para i-promote ang album."
