But where exactly is the main office of BH 6750's affiliate in the U.S.?
The "Homepage" of Beverly Hills Surgical Institute's website, www.weknowbeauty.com, mentions Beverly Hills Plastic Surgeons, but nothing about its company name.
The "Locations" section of BHSI website, www.weknowbeauty.com, does not put out the specific addresses of their clinics, which are supposedly all over Southern California.
A portion of the section says, "You can reach us by clicking here or by calling 1-800-263-9968. We are open between 7am and 7pm on weekdays and between 9am and 3pm on Saturdays."
PEP obtained a copy of the Franchise Agreement, which indicates David Bunevacz, the president of Beverly Hill 6750, and Tom Oseransky, the vice-president for operations of Beverly Hills Surgical Institute, as signatories.
The said document also cites 2236 S. Barrington Avenue, Los Angeles, California, USA, 90064, as the address of BHSI.
A professionally licensed investigator based in L.A. was able to secure a photo of the Barrington office at the time of contract-signing between BH 6750 and BHSI in late 2005. It did not bear any sign of BHSI.
