SEALED WITH A KISS. Right after the elaborate wedding scene held at the San Agustin Church, Marimar turned live for the wedding reception scene held at the Studio 3 of GMA Network where Marimar (Marian Rivera) and Sergio (Dingdong Dantes) professed their undying love for each other. The guests were in giggles as the onscreen couple exchanged kisses a number of times.

In his speech, Sergio hinted that Marimar is carrying their second child. So Dingdong kneeled and put his head on Marian's tummy to signify that Marimar is indeed pregnant. Marimar Part 2, anyone?

The onscreen fights of Marimar and Angelika went beyond the set as Marian and Katrina Halili got themselves involved in off-screen feuds—minus the brutal catfights. But in the end, the two kissed and made up a few days before the final episode of Marimar.

Richard Gomez's character as Renato Santibañez started as a villain but later on made a 360-degrees turn as he helped Marimar and Sergio in bringing down Angelika. Behind Richard is Bing Loyzaga, who played Esperanza Aldama, Marimar's aunt.

There is no doubt that Katrina's portrayal as Angelika was one of the reasons why the viewers got hooked on Marimar. Her portrayal of the evil Angelika made Katrina a household name. Katrina's hardwork paid off because she will soon star in her own drama series, the TV remake of Magdusa Ka, where she will reprise Dina Bonnevie's role.
