Showbiz heartthrob Aga Mulach stars as lawyer-environmentalist Ben Caballero alongside an equally stunning Anne Curtis (who plays rich girl and marketing executive Mitch Valmonte) in the movie When Love Begins. This romantic drama  opens on April 30.

Anne Curtis on working with her dashing co-star: "It's a dream come true." The MTV VJ-actress reveals her other dreams: "I wanna travel more, I wanna go to university with a course in Early Education. Kung may money ako, I'll open up a kindergarten. Pero if not, pre-school teacher."

Anne Curtis and Aga Muhlach have a love scene and three to four kissing scenes in this movie. Anne recalls: "I was so stiff. Hindi ako maka-arte ng maayos...pero after a few days, okay na."

Anne is flanked by onscreen dad Christopher De Leon. He plays a real-estate tycoon planning to convert land in Boracay into residential areas.

Movie veteran Aga Muhlach has nothing but nice words to say about his young co-star: "People look at Anne-beautiful, sexy--but hindi nila alam how is she as a daughter, as a friend, and as a person. People see her on MTV hosting, she's on TV for commercials but this girl works. She's been working for how many years. Responsible siya."

Direk Joey Reyes (standing, carrying bag) shares his thoughts on the 23-year-old actress: "Anne is so uncomplicated, walang arte, walang kiyeme, napakabait at pleasant na bata."

Direk Joey Reyes teams up with Aga Muhlach once again after doing Kung Ako Na Lang Sana (with Megastar Sharon Cuneta) in 2003. When Love Begins is his 18th directorial job with Aga.

When Love Begins boasts of a superb supporting cast which includes Ronaldo Valdez, Boots Anson Roa, Desiree Del Valle, Dimples Romana, Mandy Ochoa, Angel Jacob, Rafael Rosell, Jon Avila, Mads Nicolas, Alma Lerma, and Jennifer Lee. Another former tenant of PBB shows off her acting skills in When Love Begins. Riza Santos of PBB Celebrity Edition 2 plays the girlfriend of Christopher de Leon in the movie.

Anne Curtis admits that she felt conscious when she was working with Aga Muhlach for the first time.

She narrates: "Super intimidated ako lalo na yung first day. Siguro kaya ni-reshoot yung first scene namin kasi naninigas talaga ako!"

Aga, 38, says of his leading lady Anne, 23: "She's really good. The most important thing para sa 'kin is for my leading lady always to have fun on set, to feel comfortable."

In a press conference for the movie Magic Kingdom eleven years ago, then 12-year-old Anne Curtis said that she has always wanted to work with Aga. Now, at 23, it seems that everything is going well for the young actress. "It's a dream come true and I really looked [up to] him as my idol," she shares.

Aga Muhlach has been married to beauty queen-TV host Charlene Gonzales (not in photo) for almost seven years. They are the proud parents of twins Andres and Atasha.

Right now, Anne is shooting for her next TV series. Titled Dyosa, this ABS-CBN teleserye pairs her with matinee idol Sam Milby. She is also slated to shoot a TV series titled The Wedding with Zanjoe Marudo.

When Love Begins features Anne Curtis in her first mature role for a movie. Since moving to the Philippines in 1997, the Australian-born actress has appeared in over twelve films as well as in several television programs for ABS-CBN. She was last seen in the drama series Maging Sino Ka Man.
