The Big Five of Pinoy Big Brother Double Up had their first out-of-town show during the Panagbenga flower festival of Baguio. Melai Cantiveros, Paul Jake Castillo, Jason Francisco, Johan Santos, and Tibo Jumalon performed at SM Baguio The Drive along with Angelica Panganiban, Maja Salvador and Cacai Bautista. The show took place last February 27, 2010.

The Melason love team—composed of Jason Francisco and Melai Cantiveros—will soon be seen in Kokey@Ako as well as Precious Hearts Romances presents Impostor. Their love story is being documented in the ABS-CBN realiserye titled Melason in Love.
Melai Cantiveros (middle) initially thought that her boyfriend Jason Francisco would be unable to join the Kapamilya Karavan show last February 27. But in the middle of her spiel, she suddenly heard Jason's voice.
Jason Francisco suddenly went up the stage and he revealed that he was made to choose between taping for a TV series or follow Melai to Baguio. He decided to surprise his sweetheart in the summer capital of the Philippines.
"Dalawang araw na po kaming hindi nagkikita ni Isay. 'Saka baka may
ginagawa na siyang kababalaghan dito," he joked. He then took the
opportunity to hug and tell his girlfriend: "Isay, miss kita!"
In turn, Melai quipped, "Akala ko naglalaro tayo ng taguan."
A fan of the Melason tandem puts up this sign indicating the favorite expressions of Melai, who has been dubbed as the Inday Kengkay ng Gen San during her stay inside the PBB house.
Angelica Panganiban also entertained the crowd with her impersonation of Kris Aquino. As Krizzy, she and Bhoy (played by Jayson Gainza) host the segment of Banana Split called "NNNN (Entertainment News na Naman)."

Hundreds of spectators waited patiently at SM Baguio The Drive for the Kapamilya Karavan show. The event, which started late afternoon, ended at around 8 pm that night.
The program was facilitated by hosts of ABS-CBN TV Baguio's own morning show titled Naimbag nga Morning Kapamilya. Also present during the show were DJs of 103.1 MOR.

According to Anthony de Leon,
the chairman of Panagbenga's organizing committee, the Department of Tourism has hailed the flower festival as the Best festival in the country. He also mentioned that Undersecretary Eduardo Jarque also told the media that he considers Panagbenga as one of the most organized festivals as well.
Mr. de Leon also happens to be the general manager of Baguio Country Club, where the press con of the PBB Double Up ex-housemates was held.
ABS-CBN stars and the Pinoy Big Brother Double Up housemates were billeted at the Baguio Country Club inside Camp John Hay. Karylle and Chinggoy Alonzo also stayed here since they represented the company in their Camelot-inspired float. Karylle was dressed up as Lady Guinevere while Chinggoy was tapped to be King Arthur.
Last Saturday, February 27, 23 groups competed in the street dance competition of Panagbenga. The following day, 29 floats from all over the country competed in the float competition.
This year marks the 15th year of the Panagbenga flower festival in Baguio City. The participants of the street dance competition traveled along Session Road and Harrison Road before going to the Athletic Bowl near Burnham Park.
In the street dance competition, nine groups of Elementary students, two groups of High School students, two groups of College students and ten groups (open category) competed this year.
The word "Panagbenga" is Kankana-ey for the phrase "Seasons of Blooming." This language is widely used by Cordillerans, specifically people from the Mountain Province.
