her rendition of “Ocean Deep.” Rufa, or Peachy to her friends, sang with gusto, mimicking waves as she sang the chorus.
Former Pinoy Big Brother housemate and model Zanjoe Marudo felt right at home
on the stage. He modeled for Joey Samson in this gray futuristic suit. Bids started at P10,000.
ABS-CBN's most prized male star Piolo Pascual received cheers, screams, and gasps as he walked
along the runway in a Paul Cabral barong. The barong was priced also at
P10,000.
Richard Gutierrez, one of the organizers, was super handsome in this
Randy Ortiz suit. Rumor has it that the newly-single actor is
on the market. While the news still had to be made official, the audience
could only bid first for his attire, priced at P20,000.
1999 Miss Universe First Runner-up Miriam Quiambao worked the runway in another version of Frederick
Peralta’s dress. This, too, was priced at P15,000.
Gretchen Barretto dressed in an Inno Sotto. La Greta made a dramatic walk on
stage in this flowing champagne strapless dress. Starting bid was at
P40,000.
After a job well done, Ruffa got a big congratulatory hug from her
“kumare" Gretchen Barretto. Gretchen is the godmother of Ruffa’s adorable daughters, Lorin and Venice.
