STAR MAGIC'S OFFICIAL STATEMENT. Bilang update sa naturang kontrobersiya, ipinalabas sa The Buzz kahapon, August 29, ang official statement na ipinadala ng legal counsel ni Angelica, si Atty. Joji Alonso, at ng Star Magic. Ayon dito, inabisuhan nila si Angelica na manahimik sa isyu.
Pagtatanggol ng Star Magic, hindi si Angelica ang naninira kundi siya pa raw ang biktima sa mga maling akusasyon. Dagdag pa ng Star Magic, hindi na dapat pang pag-usapan ang isyung ito. Anumang sabihin laban kay Angelica ay magiging basehan lang daw ng pagsasampa ng mga kaso.
Narito ang kabuuan ng official statement na ito:
"Angelica has been advised to maintain her silence. There is no need for her to say anything, more so in reaction to what has been said, she has not done anything wrong, much less, maligned Claudine. On the contrary, it is Angelica who is being maligned by these unfounded accusations.
"Neither is there a need to dignify this incident by saying something more than what has already been said. It is hoped that with this statement, this issue comes to an end. Whatever more is said against Angelica shall be a cause for the filing of the appropriate civil and criminal cases."

Claudine has always been a media whore. She is the type who basks in the limelight and loves to be the topic of discussion. Foe those who are saying that she must be the victim, for being so courageous in voicing her displeasure for lack of term about the issue, well, think. There has been no issue before she tweeted. This would not have become an issue if she if did not opened her big mouth. Second, if a BIG if there is really a rumor going around about her supposed infidelity, she only has to explain her version to Raymart. Afterall, this is a marital issue. After that, she should tell her friends that the rumor is just a rumor, and they should stop talking about it. Third, confront Angelica. Ask her point blank if she is the one spreading the rumor. If she denies it, pray for her. If she confirms it, slap her hard until she sees stars! haha!
