"Sa palagay ko 'yung mga roles na binibigay sa akin, habang tumatagal pa-sexy nang pa-sexy," GMA-7's young matinee idol Aljur Abrenica muses. But he is quick to say that he is not bothered by it. "From the very start naman ng showbiz career ko, nanalo kasi ako ng Ultimate Hunk sa Starstruck, so kailangan ko talagang gampanan."

Which is probably why it comes as no surprise to everyone that the young actor's topless photos in Cosmopolitan magazine Philippines and for a clothing brand have been getting rave reviews.

Barely a month after his much talked about Bachelor Bash act, Aljur finds himself on the pages of the country's best-selling women's magazine, this time as the featured Man on Fire for the month of October (CLICK HERE to read related item). And once again, Aljur takes his shirt off to show us his rock-hard torso, as you can see in Cosmo's behind-the-scenes gallery of the shoot (CLICK HERE to view gallery).

Indeed, the 19-year-old star doesn't seem to have any qualms about  taking the daring route.

Aljur admits that he showed a lot of skin in his first starring movie, Nandito Ako... Nagmamahal Sa 'Yo. "Merong naka-boxer briefs lang ako. Meron ding naka-trunks nung nag-swimming kami," he shares. When asked what's the sexiest he'd be willing to do, he replies with a laugh, "Depende kung ano'ng hinihingi ng masa."

Aljur is perfectly at ease in front of the camera, whether fully-clothed or shirtless. "Naipakita ko na e, so ano pang itatago ko? Okay lang sa akin ang sexy kasi yun naman ginagawa ko. Naghahanda pa talaga ako, e, at handa naman ako."

Even his ultimate goal is in line with his being a hunk. "To be the sexiest man alive!" is his next target, he exclaimed, before adding, "Libre lang mangarap!"
