No more Wowowee beginning this Saturday, but the talks about its host Willie Revillame have not ceased a bit.

Kelly Misa, however, has only kind words to say about him. She tells Women's Health Philippines in their August issue, "Willie is so dedicated to Wowowee... He's a really nice person and I owe him my job. He saw something in me that I didn't even see."

The model, who was given a brief hosting stint in the controversial noontime show, says she did not plan on auditioning for the post. "My manager just told me that Mr. M [Johnny Manahan of Star Magic] wanted to meet me so I thought it was just a meeting. I didn't know it was an audition," she recounts.

Once onstage with the lights on and the music blaring, Kelly remembers thinking that she had no chance of getting chosen. "I'm not bubbly. My personality is so quiet. I felt, 'Wowowee is so not me. Parang hindi talaga ako babagay dun,'" she shares, and her resolve to simply have fun probably played a part in why she was chosen. "I think that's kind of why they chose me, because I wasn't scared or nervous."

As Kelly now finds herself more busy with her showbiz commitments, she is hard-pressed to find time to keep fit. "To make up for it, I try to eat more veggies, more fruits, more fiber," she says. She confesses to enjoying yoga and running despite not being a sporty person. "Do what you enjoy," she advises Women's Health readers, "Find something that's fit to your lifestyle and your personality. There's something for everyone."
