"I think we all have a potential to be wealthy. Some are just, you know, given an easier start than others. But it doesn't mean na imposible na kung hindi," says Sharon Cuneta about saving one's hard-earned money.

Sharon Cuneta believes financial planning is not only for rich people. She thinks everyone should save and invest their hard-earned money.

In an interview with the Megastar after the launch of her line of American Standard cookware called Celebrations by Sharon, she gave tips on how to make your money grow.

"I think it starts with savings. It starts with ways to make money," said the singer-actress who started in showbiz when she was just 12 years old.

"Kapag meron kang ipon, meron kang kinita.

Balanse lang dapat," she explained.

To get the most out of your hard-earned money, you should do some financial planning, Sharon advised.

"Actually, baligtad.

Identify if what you are buying is something you really need or just want, the Megastar stressed.

Sharon also believes that anyone is capable of making a little extra income.

"Ang daling mag-negosyo kung matiyaga ka lang."
