Despite the mixed reactions of the public on her publicized botox treatment, Charice Pempengco still has a lot of reasons to be Gleeful!

PEP's recently-concluded poll asked : Sa palagay mo ba ay makakaapekto ang pagpapa-botox ni Charice sa paglabas niya sa "Glee"?

And majority are optimistic that it would have no impact on her appearance in the American musical series' second season.

As of 5:20 p.m. today, July 28, about 54% of the 1,616 pollers believe that her talent will put all the negative reports in the shade. About 35% of the votes think that it might change the way people initially perceived her. The remaining 10.65% are on a "wait-and-see" mode.

But why the hue and cry over her televised procedure?

Here's an opinion: Possibly, the blatant publicity stunt didn't sit well with most fans. Another reason could be that botox's well-known purpose is for anti-aging, hence, the initial reaction: "Ang bata pa niya!"
