After months of focusing on the election season, Heart Evangelista and her husband Senator Chiz Escudero have finally found the time for their honeymoon in Balesin.

The couple got married more than a year ago in the same beach island club, but had to put things on hold to make way for the senator's vice-presidential bid.
Along with their circle of friends, Heart and Chiz made their way to the island.
The glistening beach shores of Balesin greeted the couple.
The hotel staff even prepared a special memorabilia for their honeymoon.
In a previous post on Instagram, the Kapuso star wrote she's looking forward to starting a family with the senator.
Chiz has three years left in his term as senator, while Heart is back on primetime TV with her newest teleserye Juan Love Story.
