Pedro Calungsod: Batang Martir is a film about the life and martyrdom of the second Filipino saint, known for bringing Christianity to the Marianas Islands (Guam) in the 1600s.
It starts with the journey of Pedro (played by Rocco Nacino) from the Visayas to join the Spanish Jesuit priest Fr. Diego de San Vitores (played by Christian Vasquez) in his mission to Guam.
