ABS-CBN's daytime teleserye Be Careful with My Heart will finally have its "Happy Ever After" finale episode this November 28, 2014.
During the September 25 press conference held at 55 Events Place, the stars of Be Careful with My Heart talked about their future plans and upcoming projects after the show ends its two-year run.
