The Amazing Race Philippines Season 2 is set to conclude this weekend.
The final four teams will race from Iloilo to Misamis Oriental for the Final Pitstop of this reality show hosted by Derek Ramsay.
TV5 will air one-hour special eliminations on Saturday night, December 6, while the one-hour special finale will be shown on Sunday, December 7 at 9 p.m.
