For over 35 years, Eat Bulaga has been offering Lenten Special dramas as Holy Week presentations. The Kapuso show has made it a tradition to produce drama specials since 1981. This year, the Dabarkads continue with this practice and prepared five episodes to be aired during the Lenten season.
Ryan Agoncillo and Joey de Leon star in a father-and-son story on Dalangin Ng Ama for Holy Monday, March 21. This will be followed by Kaputol ng Buhay starring Lola Nidora (Wally Bayola), Lola Tidora (Paolo Ballesteros), Lola Tinidora (Jose Manalo), and Divina (Maine Mendoza)
Allan K., Ruby Rodriguez, Patricia Tumulak at Kenneth Medrano lead Eat Bulaga's drama special for Holy Tuesday, March 22, titled Walang Kapalit. After their episode, viewers will be able to watch the heartwarming story of a family in Panata starring Vic Sotto, Pauleen Luna-Sotto, Baste, Ryzza Mae Dizon, Danica Sotto, and Oyo Sotto.
Alden Richards, Maine Mendoza, and Jake Ejercito will take centerstage on Eat Bulaga's Holy Wednesday Lenten Special titled God Gave Me You. Jose Manalo, Wally Bayola, and Ciara Sotto will also be part of the March 23 episode.
