Francis Ong, a finalist in ABS-CBN's Star in a Million Season 2, leads the cast of more than forty homegrown talents of the musical play O' Moises.
This musical was written and directed by Vincent M. Tañada, with music provided by Awit Awardee and ABS-CBN's Pipo Cifra. O' Moises recalls the Biblical story about the Israelites' slavery and their quest for the freedom from Egyptian ruthlessness. Dulaang Bedista Alumni Production Foundation, Inc. (DBAPF) endeavors to share this Biblical story with the youth, thus, they turned it into a colorful musical with modern-day dialogue.
Now on its fifth season, DBAPF will stage its biggest, most spectacular and sentimental favorite stage performance until March 11 at the Fleur de Lis Auditorium of St. Paul's University of Manila.
The play will also have a free outreach performance for the homeless kids of Holy Angel's Servant Charity of Tandang Sora and a big portion of the profits will go to the additional three college scholars sponsored by the Foundation.
DBAPF is a professional theater company founded by San Beda College alumni, namely Atty. Vincent M. Tañada, a Bedan Lawyer and writer; Jeffrey T. Ambrosio, a Bedan interior designer; Randell Z.
