Award-winning comedy actress Eugene Domingo reprises her twin roles as Kimmy and Dora Go Dong Hae in the third and last installment of the Kimmy Dora series.
The film Kimmy Dora (Ang Kiyemeng Prequel), one of the official entries to the 2013 Metro Manila Film Festival, is partly spy film, partly sci-fi, and of course 100 percent kiyeme.
The prequel shows Kimmy as a fresh summa cum laude graduate with triple degrees from Cambridge, and Dora a new graduate from acting school. Their father, played by Ariel Ureta, wants his daughters to work for the family’s business empire, but only after they complete a rigorous internship program.
As Kimmy and Dora battle it out for the title of best intern, they also find themselves fighting for the love of the dashing Rodin Bartoletti, played by Sam Milby. The plot thickens when a mysterious corporate terrorist named Bogart threatens their company, forcing Kimmy and Dora to team up to save the Go Dong Hae empire.
Completing the cast of Kimmy Dora (Ang Kiyemeng Prequel) are Dawn Zulueta, Lovi Poe, Benjamin Alves, Miriam Quiambao, Kiray Celis, and Moi Bien.
Kimmy Dora (Ang Kiyemeng Prequel) is written and directed by Chris Martinez under Spring Films, Quantum Films and MJM Productions.
