Matteo Guidicelli, Lovi Poe take on hijacker and tiyanak in Shake Rattle and Roll XV: Flight 666

First-time onscreen partners Lovi Poe and Matteo Guidicelli take on a hijacker and a tiyanak in Shake Rattle and Roll XV: Flight 666. Lovi says about their dilemma on the plane: "Nakaka-tense ito kasi kanino ka ba mas matatakot? Sa maligno o sa tao?"

Shake Rattle and Roll XV: Flight 666
stars Lovi Poe and Matteo Guidicelli are paired for the first time in the 15th installment of this classic horror movie series.

This three-part movie is one of the official entries to the 2014 Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF).

Says Lovi, “Direk Perci [Intalan] is very fast, and he knows what he wants.”

Matteo says the former TV5 executive-turned-director made it easy for the cast to work on their scenes. “He said, ‘if I give instructions, please do what I say. I know what I want,’” shares Matteo.

The two stars say that off-camera, Perci is a “nice guy” and “very light [to be with].”

In the "Flight 666" segment, the characters of Lovi and Matteo are former lovers whose paths cross again in this "flight from hell."

Lovi described her character by saying, "I'm playing the role of Karen, a flight attendant. Ex-boyfriend niya played by Matteo and meron akong soft spot pagdating sa babies.

"We're stuck in a plane kung saan may maligno saka may tiyanak."

She revealed that Bernard Palanca is part of the cast as a hijacker on board.

"May conflict na nga sa tao, may conflict pa sa maligno. Nakaka-tense ito kasi kanino ka ba mas matatakot? Sa maligno o sa tao?"

Last October 20, Perci shared a post in his Instagram account @percinotpercy, thanking the cast and production team for a job well done as Shake Rattle and Roll XV completed the shoot on time.

The post reads: “3:30 a.m. and it’s a wrap for Shake Rattle and Roll XV: Flight 666! Thank you to our cast, our entire production team and our producers who worked so hard to make this logistically near-impossible shoot happen! I still can’t believe we made it! And again, thank you Lord for miraculously making all the pieces fall into place.”
