The Magic 8 entries were all represented at the MMFF 2016 Parade of the Stars. These were (top row, L-R) Ang Babae Sa Septic Tank 2, Die Beautiful, Kabisera, Oro, (bottom row, L-R) Saving Sally, Seklusyon, Sunday Beauty Queen, and Vince and Kath and James.

Earlier, PEP (Philippine Entertainment Portal) gave you a glimpse of the floats taking part in the 2016 Metro Manila Film Festival Parade of the Stars happening today, December 23.

How do these floats look like when the respective stars are already onboard the floats?

Take a look at the celebrities present at the parade of the 42nd edition of the MMFF:

Eugene Domingo, Kean Cipriano, and Khalil Ramos smiled at the camera as they represent their film Ang Babae Sa Septic Tank 2.

Later on, they were joined by Jericho Rosales, who is cast as Eugene's leading man.

Paolo Ballesteros dressed up as a woman to represent his movie Die Beautiful, where he plays a transgender.

Superstar Nora Aunor was interviewed first by the press before she rode on the float of her movie Kabisera.

On the float, she was joined by her co-stars Jason Abalos and Ricky Davao.

The ladies of Oro, Sue Prado, Mercedes Cabral, and Irma Adlawan, together with their director Alvin Yapan, had golden umbrellas to protect themselves from the heat of the sun.

Joem Bascon was also present to represent this film about a tragedy that takes place in a mining town.

Rhian Ramos is all smiles when she posed for a photo before climbing up her Saving Sally float.

While already standing on the float, Rhian also posed for a photo with her leading man, Enzo Marcos.

Meanwhile, Sunday Beauty Queen's float features one of the beauty queens: MJ Jacobo who wears a gown and crown.

Seklusyon stars (back row) Neil Ryan Sese, Johnvic de Guzman, Dominic Roque, JR Versales (front row) Phoebe Walker, and Rhed Bustamante proudly wore their Seklusyon shirts before the parade.

Seklusyon actor Ronnie Alonte was not in the float because he rode the float of his other MMFF 2016 entry Vince and Kath and James.

Vince and Kath and James stars Maris Racal, Joshua Garcia, Julia Barretto, and Ronnie Alonte joyfully greeted their fans who were watching them during the parade.

It can be seen that Julia is really excited to grace her first MMFF Parade of the Stars.

All the 8 competing movies of this year's MMFF will open in cinemas on December 25. Winners of the annual film festival will be announced at the MMFF Gabi ng Parangal on December 29 at the KIA Theatre.
