Vice Ganda and Anne Curtis will work together for the first time in an upcoming movie. The Vice-Anne movie will be submitted for consideration to the 2019 Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF).

In the April 25 episode of It's Showtime, Vice Ganda revealed his main co-star in his possible entry to the 45th edition of the MMFF.

First, Vice Ganda thanked the organizers of the 1st Cine Expo for recognizing the strong box-office performance of his past movies.

"Maraming, maraming salamat po. Every year, binibigyan ako ng Guillermo ng award na Phenomenal Box-Office Star of the Year.

"Ngayon, naka-receive Box-Office Star of the Decade.

"Dahil sa Showtime 'yan, kasabay na pinanganak ang career ko sa pelikula.

Vice Ganda then announced that he will be joined by one of his It's Showtime co-hosts in the upcoming movie.
