The Gifted, starring Anne Curtis, Sam Milby and Cristine Reyes, will participate in its first international film festival to be held in Italy.
In his own Facebook post, The Gifted director Chris Martinez also rejoiced over the good news.
"What a great morning! Just received word that The Gifted got invited to its first international film festival! Congrats to The Gifted Team!"
Anne Curtis, who portrayed an obese-turned-sexy girl called Zoe Tuazon in the film, also shared her happiness through her Twitter account. She shared the poster of the film and provided this caption:
"Soooooo excited and proud to share that our film, THE GIFTED is officially invited to the 17th Edition of the Far East Film Festival in Udine, Italy. It's a film festival for popular Asian Cinema and will be held from April 24 - May 2! Soooooo thrilled! Napakahusay at sobrang galing mo talaga Direct @iluvchrism â˜º Super KILIG ang baliw na si ZOE TUAZON. Pipili na sya ng outfits nya for Italy. Hahaha"
UPCOMING ALBUM. Last February 5, Anne disclosed that she is working with GMA-7 talent Christian Bautista for her new album.
The actress said that she recorded a duet with Christian, who composed their new song.
Her photo with Christian contains this caption:
