“’Yon yung pinapakita [ko], kukulitin ko lang ng kukulitin.

“Minsan gumagana, minsan lalo siyang naba-badtrip.”

They also shared their views on love since Valentine’s Day is fast approaching.

According to Daniel, love adds spice to one’s life.

“’Yang love, yan ang nagpapasaya sa journey ng buhay natin.

“Ibig sabihin, paano magiging masaya ang journey kung wala ka namang ka-partner para i-share ang kasiyahang ‘yon."

As for Kathryn, she believes love gives numerous worthwhile lessons.

“Love is like a journey, marami kang madidiscover, marami kang learnings.

“Habang tumatanda ka, habang tumatagal mas naiintindihan mo, ‘Ah ganun pala yung love.’

“Minsan masaya, minsan nahihirapan ka, and ‘andon yung thrill.”

When it comes to their movie Crazy Beautiful You, Daniel pointed out that their characters differ from previous roles they portrayed in films and teleseryes in the past.

Crazy Beautiful You, which will open on February 25, also stars Inigo Pascual, Gabby Concepcion and Lorna Tolentino. It is directed by Mae Czarina Cruz.

Daniel says about his character Kiko: “Mas makulit ako dito, si Kathryn medyo iba ‘yong character na ginawa niya dito sa iba niyang palabas. Mas seryoso siya dito.”

Kathryn's character is named Jackie.

So far, the Kathniel tandem has been featured in the ABS-CBN teleseryes Growing Up (2011), Princess and I (2012) and Got To Believe (2013).
