In a previous interview with PEP (Philippine Entertainment Portal) and other reporters, John Lloyd said that he and Bea were hands on regarding the development of their characters.

“I would like to believe na we were really involved expecially with regards to the characters na ginawa namin.

“Kasi it was a very personal process kasi as a team and as individual actors dahil mga marami kaming, kumbaga yung background, yung laman ng 8-year gap, kami lang…of course with the guidance and the help of our director and our writers.”

In this movie directed by Cathy Garcia Molina, ego became a central issue that affected Popoy and Basha's relationship as a married couple.

What are Bea and John Lloyd’s personal thoughts regarding this topic?

Bea answered, “Siguro, actually bigger than your ego or any other factor, siguro mas dapat mas malaki yung pangako mo.”

Without giving away too much about the movie, John Lloyd explained, “Di ba we always correlate a second chance or yung chance dahil may kasalanan tayo or kailangan tayo patawarin.

“Sometimes it’s also a question of how big your love is for the person. Depende rin sa perspective.

“Like halimbawa kung dadalhin ka niya sa ganon, sa nega, pwedeng mangyari kasi yung nangyari kay Popoy.

“Pero with proper guidance I guess, with the right guidance, pwede namang hindi magkaganon, e. It’s a gentle reminder na gusto namin siguro, o nai-offer namin.”
