The Daniel Padilla-Kathryn Bernardo movie Barcelona: A Love Untold has reached the P200 million mark after twelve days in the box-office.
Star Cinema announced that the Kathniel movie grossed P200 million as of 7 p.m. of September 25 or twelve days after its premiere in Philippine cinemas.
ABS-CBN's film production outfit announced this via Instagram earlier tonight, September 26.
Directed by Olivia Lamasan, this romance drama opened in Philippine cinemas last September 14.
According to Star Cinema, the film earned P23 million on opening day and grossed P130 million last September 18.
In a previous interview, Kathryn said her character Mia represents some millennials in modern times.
Daniel revealed that there were times when he would slip from his character Ely and Direk Olive was quick to point it out to him.
Ulitin natin.'
"Lagi talagang bantay sarado. Kaya nag-work."
Shot mostly in Barcelona, Spain, Barcelona: A Love Untold also stars Aiko Melendez, Joey Marquez, Ana Capri, and teen actor Joshua Garcia.
It is graded B by the Cinema Evaluation Board.
